In May 2023, Jaisal attended the summer school exchange program at St. Stithians College in Johannesburg, South Africa. During the exchange program, he was able to indulge in some wildlife photography and his work was then showcased at a photography exhibition on the occasion of the Doon School founder’s day in October 2023.

In March 2024, Jaisal was able to fundraise Rupees 5 Lakhs through the distribution of his work through an online exhibition. Drawing on his interests in basketball as well as photography, he donated 2.5 Lakhs Rupees from the funds to Nirmal Primary School in Delhi to build a half basketball court for children. The remaining funds were contributed to the John Martyn Memorial School through The DSOBS (Doon School Old Boys Society) to bolster their interventions in creating a safe learning landscape for students.
